The 43.5 pavilion depth converts to a 41 degree pavilion angle. A 59 table, 33 crown angle, and 41 pavilion angle is GIA EX/AGS 0 Ideal, so the proportions look good. G color should be fine and VS1 should be eye-clean. Based on the limited data available here, it looks promising. You’d want to check that the G is yellow and not brown or gray, the diamond has nice optical symmetry showing the arrows well, it has nice material (no/minimal strain), medium or below fluorescence (probably none/faint at this size and price), and the price is fair for the specs.
