The proportions are GIA Ex/AGS 1 Ex, just outside of AGS 0 Ideal (with a crown angle of 36, the pavilion angle would need to be 40.6 rather than 40.8 to match the ideal criteria). However, that small difference shouldn’t cause light leakage and it would still be a good choice if you’re getting a good deal. Of course, this is based on the limited information on the certificate alone – you would need to see a picture to verify the optical symmetry.
