I’ve been looking at Pear shapes on James Allen and I’ve narrowed it down to a few options with some help from your website. I was just wondering which of the following options you think is the best and do they appear “eye-clean” to you? Two of the options came up in the cost-efficiency frontier and the other options I did not see in the frontier. Thanks for your help.

Of these, I think the 1.21 G SI1 ($4710) or the 1.16 F SI1 have better shapes. You might also consider diamonds with higher length/width ratios. The extra length gives them greater visual size and a more pointed taper that is less ovalish.

It depends on your priorities. If the 1.2ct number is your most important factor, than I think the 1.21 G SI1 is the best option. It’s bigger than the 1.16 F SI1 and $1180 cheaper.
The 1.22 F SI2 will be eye-clean and is a bit bigger than the 1.21 G SI1, but is the extra 0.36mm of the F worth an additional $770? Probably not if the G’s carats are sufficient. This diamond shows the impact proportions can have on visual size for the same carat weight.
In terms of value, something like the diamond below might be better. The 1.02ct F SI1 is 9.13×5.63mm, the same length as the 9.11×6.04 1.21ct G SI1 – essentially the same visual size for $820 less. But most people don’t like trading down in carats despite the size, which is why I didn’t list it in my initial response.
