looking for a natural diamond, about 1.5-1.7 ct, cushion cut, not crushed ice, budget around $5-6,000 for just the stone but could be flexible. Not sure what the best balance of color and clarity at that size is, would like to put into a platinum ring with a small halo.
I like the 1.70 I VS1. It looks like a nice non-crushed ice cushion. The arrows are dark and it isn’t dark between the arrows like the 1.53 I VS1, so the 1.70 I VS1 will have a nice scintillation pattern.
That one’s no longer available unfortunately 🙁 any thoughts on the other one besides that it has a lot of dark between the arrows?
Also for someone with 8.5 size fingers
