You already mentioned to me on Reddit that this diamond will likely be eye-clean. Just wanted to get your opinion on the color grade. Is it ok for a color I? Is there anything concerning about the color? Also wanted to get your opinion on the cut of this diamond. As per your Cut Estimator tool, this diamond sits outside of the AGS Ideal box. However you mentioned in another thread that “GIA rounds pavilion angle to the nearest even number, so 40.9 would be rounded to 41.0.” If the pavilion angle of this diamond was 40.9 then it would sit on the AGS Ideal box. Having said this, what do you think of the cut?
This diamond doesn’t appear in my tool due to how I process the data feed. It didn’t pass one of my checks; I remove such diamonds because it’s too much work to try to clean the data and there are no shortage of other options available.
The color looks fine. It’s not a deep I and it’s not a brown I, so that’s good. I also think the cut is fine. Cut quality doesn’t fall off a cliff just because you’re right outside of the cutoff AGS created. I think it will be a nice diamond.
The cut of the 1.3 I SI1 is fine. As is the color.
I would prefer the 1.24 I VS2 though, because if clouds are my grade-setting inclusion, I’d prefer a VS2 over a SI1. The 1.30 I SI1 is probably fine and its feather is probably eye-clean, but I think there’s less uncertainty with the 1.24 I VS2.
I’m leaning towards a diamond with 1.30 ct or greater as I want to maximize carats. What do you think of this 1.37 ct diamond?

It looks like a good deal given the price. What do think of the color, and cut of this one? and do you think its eye clean? Would you prefer this 1.37 ct over the 1.30 mentioned above if you had to chose one?
I would choose the 1.30 I SI1. The 1.37 for sure has reduced transparency because it says “Clarity is based on clouds that are not shown.”

In comparison to the 1.24 ct diamond above, which one do you like more?
